Comforting Hearts by Carolyn Dilday

Carolyn Dilday has created, “Comforting Hearts”. This is an original quilt design inspired by the Piecemarkers pattern block of the month, February 1992, “Julie’s Heart.” A modified version of this pattern was used to complete the center fifteen squares. It was entirely machine-pieced, appliqued, and quilted by Carolyn Dilday of Mission Viejo, CA and completed in May of 2000. The quilt was designed and donated specifically for fundraising effort of the Binky Patrol whose thousands of volunteers express their comforting hearts by warmly providing for children in need.
