It was emotional when our founder, Susan Finch, moved her family to Oregon. Not only did she leave behind her family, she left behind her best friends she made in Binky Patrol. Beaverton has been welcoming and she quickly found out it was the perfect place to move Binky HQ.

Memorial Weekend marks 21 years since they made the move. They reignited the local chapter and events the following year. This marks 20 years for the Beaverton, OR chapter. Over 3,500 blankets are delviered from this one chapter each year.

The Angels in the Outfield. Through experiences and opportunities, they give children impacted by crime, abuse, and neglect the support they need to rediscover joy and hope. We help them heal, build resilience, and know they are not alone. Every child deserves a chance to reclaim their childhood and see brighter tomorrows.

Dinner and a MovieHealing the effects of abuse through holistic relationships with Portland’s homeless.

Northwest Children’s Outreach functions as a collection and distribution center, collecting resources for these children and distributing the goods to local Care Providers who meet directly with and prescreen the children.

Family Peace Center of Washington County. Their mission is to work collaboratively with our community to provide a single location for prevention, intervention, healing, and hope for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse in Washington County.  

Kathy’s Place is committed to breaking the cycle of poverty by creating safe, affordable community neighborhoods where single moms are empowered with the resources they need to build a thriving future for their families.

Family Promise in Beaverton. Their mission is to equip families and vulnerable communities to end the cycle of homelessness. The vision of Family Promise of Greater Washington County is that every family has a stable place to call home and the chance to build a better future.

Caring Closet Tigard. They provide clothes, shoes, hygiene products, and emergency bedding supplies to children in need within the Tigard-Tualatin School District.

Bethlehem House of Bread, Tigard. Hunger has many faces, and Bethlehem House of Bread is here for anyone who needs help. Answering the challenge of hunger takes a village, and we’re grateful for our community’s support.

Family Promise, Tigard. The individuals and families in our program may not have a place to sleep or a warm meal to eat if not for FPTV and our caring volunteers and supporters. We leverage a community-based response to equip vulnerable families and individuals to end the cycle of homelessness.

Virginia Garcia Memorial Health CentersThey provide comprehensive primary health care, dental services, behavioral and mental health support, along with pharmacy care, including a teaching kitchen and group exercise spaces to foster wellness.

Ronald McDonald House OregonMore than a place to stay. A place to stay strong. Housing, support, and community so families with sick children can stay together.
