The rates on PirateShip.com will reflect this, but they wanted us to know that surcharges and other fees will also increase. Remember, we do not need binkies fast. We just need binkies. Send slow and cheap – they will always arrive with perfect timing.  Whenever possible, ship to a local chapter. If not, we suggest you send to a few central locations across the country:
