Sheri Adelman started the Calabasas Chapter

I joined in June of 2002 and most of the members are original members when Sheri Adelman started the Calabasas Chapter in the Summer of 2001.

Rhonda GreenI joined in June of 2002 and most of the members are original members when Sheri Adelman started the Calabasas Chapter in the Summer of 2001.

Since I took over for Sheri in 2008, we have not had even one monetary donation to the group.  As a whole we have received donations of fabric and yarn and any other supplies such as batting, we have purchased out of our own pockets.

I work full time and haven’t been able to really devote time to fund raising, but we still deliver between 75-150 Binkies each month…YEAH!!! dozens of scarves to Operation Gratitude, patriotic quilts to the V.A. Center in Westwood and mini 16 x 16 Binkies to Dollies Making A Difference the other charity that I am a part of (great for all those leftover blocks and scraps). If you get a minute, check out their web site at dolliesmakingadifference.org....

Thx again for all you do, I would be so lost without Binky Patrol….if feeds my creative soul!!!  Who doesn’t like to see smiles on children’s faces>
