The company Founder, Susan Finch works for – Commpro – is a partner with The Media Shoppe.  The Media Shoppe (TMS) is the creator of the software this new website was built with.  It is a content management software.

When Commpro teamed up with TMS, Susan saw the value in using the software for the Binky Patrol site.

Susan shared Binky Patrol with TMS.  They fell in love and wanted to help.  They have not only provided the software, but incredible support and tools to make this a smooth transition from a standard HTML website to something more dynamic and current.

This database driven software enables each Area Coordinator to update and add their own information, photos, events without knowledge of special code.  They also have a private section to help them with supporting materials, how-to’s and forums created by other Area Coordinators.

Susan and Lisa were maintaining information for 175 chapters.  Between email changes, publicity, recipient additions, it was impossible to keep up with all of the successes of each chapter.  Now, they can share their news.  Susan and Lisa need to only approve it before it is posted checking for consistency.  It is already saving them hours and hours each week.

Thank you John Knox, KC, et al!  Also, special thanks to Commpro who allowed this site to be hosted on their ColdFusion server.
